At PsychEd, we provide mental health support services, counseling sessions, workshops, webinars, and institutional programs to schools, universities, students, and parents across India. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this No Refund Policy.

All payments made to PsychEd for any service — including but not limited to counseling sessions, subscription plans, workshops, webinars, mental health programs, and institutional packages — are non-refundable.

Once a payment is processed, no refund, reversal, or cancellation will be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Inability to attend a scheduled session or workshop
• Dissatisfaction with the service outcome
• Duplicate payment errors (see Section 5)
• Technical issues on the user’s end

PsychEd is committed to delivering all purchased services as described. In the event that PsychEd is unable to deliver a specific session or service due to reasons within our control, we will offer a reschedule or service credit of equivalent value. This does not constitute a refund.

For schools, universities, or institutions on a subscription or SLA-based plan:

• Payments made for a billing cycle are non-refundable once the cycle has commenced.
• Early termination of a plan does not entitle the institution to a pro-rated refund for the unused period.
• Any disputes regarding service delivery must be raised within 7 days of the issue occurring via email at team@psyched.care.

In the rare case of a duplicate payment or a technical error resulting in an incorrect charge, please contact us at team@psyched.care within 7 days of the transaction.

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting PsychEd is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute such chargebacks and take appropriate action.
